The Service is currently in private beta. Features may be incomplete, change without notice, or become unavailable. We make no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or completeness during the beta period. Beta access may be revoked at any time.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@forgenta.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain ownership of all project descriptions, requirements, and intellectual property you submit to Forgenta. By using the Service, you grant Forgenta a limited license to process, transmit, and store your content solely to provide the Service.
Code, documentation, and other deliverables generated by AI agents on your behalf belong to you, subject to the terms of any underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for reviewing all generated code before deploying it to production environments.
Forgenta's agents use multiple AI models to produce code, text, and other content. You acknowledge that:
The beta period is offered at no charge. When paid plans are introduced, we will provide 30 days' notice and give you the option to opt in. Continued use after billing begins constitutes acceptance of the applicable fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Forgenta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss resulting from AI agent actions.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Forgenta in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI agents will produce results meeting your specific requirements.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@forgenta.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, during which you may request an export, after which it will be deleted.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
