2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Forgenta platform
• Process your projects and coordinate AI agents on your behalf

3. AI Processing

Forgenta uses multiple AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI) to power its agents. Content you submit may be processed by these providers subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We configure these services to minimize data retention.

Your project descriptions and instructions are processed solely to deliver the services you request. We implement strict access controls to ensure agent outputs remain private to your account.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest
• Access controls and authentication for all systems
• Regular security audits performed by our Security Agent
• Isolated execution environments per project

Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Project data is retained for 12 months after project completion, after which it may be archived or deleted at your request. Log data is retained for 90 days.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
